Business FAQ

Business FAQ

How fast can you install at a new site?
Most sites are live within 10 working days of order. Sites on standard fibre routes in London and Manchester are often faster. We’ll confirm an exact date once we’ve surveyed your premises.
Do you support multi-site businesses?
Yes. We can connect multiple sites across London and Manchester on a single account with a single account manager. Speak to us about volume pricing.
What’s your SLA if we go down?
Professional tier carries a 4-hour engineer dispatch SLA. Enterprise carries 2 hours. In both cases we provide status updates every 60 minutes until the incident is resolved, and apply service credits automatically for any breach.
Can we get a public static IP?
A static IP is included on Professional and Enterprise tiers. It’s available as a paid add-on (from £5/month) on Small Business and Growth. Multi-IP blocks are available on request.
Do you offer VOIP without the broadband?
Currently VOIP Hosting is only available alongside a Fiberocity broadband connection. If you’re interested in VOIP as a standalone service, get in touch and we’ll let you know when that changes.
Where are your engineers based?
All our engineers are UK-based, split between our London and Manchester teams. No offshore contractors, no white-labelled third parties. The engineer who installs your line is the same team that responds if something goes wrong.
