We want everyone to be able to use Fiberocity, whether you're on a phone, a desktop, or with assistive technology. We design and test for accessibility throughout the build of this website.
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Practical things this includes:
Sufficient colour contrast for body and heading text.
Text that resizes without breaking layout.
Keyboard navigation through every interactive element.
Clear labelling on forms.
Alt text on meaningful images.
We're a small team and we're upfront when something falls short:
The hero "live speed" widget on the homepage is decorative; screen readers receive a short summary instead of the running numbers.
If you find an accessibility issue — broken focus, unreadable contrast, missing alt text, anything — please email info@fiberocity.co.uk with a short description. We will look into it within five working days.
